Sreedhar Gaddam is the founder, and acting President and CEO of Lotus Stream. He has over 14 years of experience in the semiconductor and microelectronics industry, and is an entrepreneur with prior startups in the areas of IT and semiconductors. Before founding Lotus Stream, he started OpenTerrain, a business communication and collaboration portal. Prior to OpenTerrain, he was with Texas Instruments where he held key positions in engineering, and finance & operations groups, and managed global operations of DSP products including VoIP, WLAN, DSL, cable and video products for customers like Cisco, Motorola, and Nokia for a $1.2B business, and the development of some of the most advanced processes in the industry. Prior to Texas Instruments, he was with Unitrode, Motorola and IDT, and was involved extensively in the research and development of processes, and operations for microprocessors, memory, power management, satellite and other products. He has master's degree in chemical engineering from Arizona State University, and electrical engineering from Oregon Graduate Institute, both specializing in microelectronics. |

Dr Srilatha Boga is a practicing obstetrician and gynaecologist. She is the co-founder and managing director of Shiva Sai Hospitals in Karimanagar, Andhra Pradesh, India. She uses her experience and influence in the medical field to realize her long standing passion and vision to serve the under previleged in India and other under developed nations not only in the medical field but in other social fields as well. She holds MBBS and MD from the prestigious Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India. |

Arnold Kogan has experience in corporate strategy and supply chain transformation, and currently focuses on consulting clients on growth strategies. He is an entrepreneur and a successful investor in real estate and IT areas. Currently, he is a senior management consultant at Deloitte in their Strategy and Operations group, and is also a board member at OpenTerrain. Before this, he held key operations positions at Texas Instruments in the DSP Group, and led his team in Japan in growing business revenue to a record high. He holds a BS in Supply Chain Management and Finance from the W.P. Carey Business School at Arizona State University, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. |

He had a successful 10 year career in the United States, and 5 years in the Indian IT industry holding several key positions with prestigious organizations dealing with Internet technologies. Sreenivas has extensive experience in designing, implementing and supporting world class Web based systems across various industries dealing with organizations such as Sony, DreamWorks, Hollywood Records, Penguin Audiobooks, Microsoft, Real, Yahoo and AltaVista. He also has extensive experience in developing direct promotional and co-branding campaigns. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Kuvempu University in India. |
